Poem: Bangladesh

Bangladesh

Wrtten by, Hasib Al Hasan

In the land where rivers dance and spirits soar,

A nation proud, where legends are born,

Bangladesh, a tapestry of vibrant hues,

With a history deep and a future to pursue.

Beneath the sun's embrace, the fields stretch wide,

Golden waves of rice, a farmer's pride,

From the green Chittagong Hills to Cox's Bazar's shore,

Nature's beauty unfolds, forever to adore.

In whispers of time, a tale unfurls,

Of struggles faced and courage hurled,

With the blood of heroes, a nation was born,

Through trials endured, resilience sworn.

Through monsoon rains, a symphony sings,

Of unity and hope that hopelessness brings,

Together they stand, hearts intertwined,

Building bridges of love, the human spirit defined.

Dhaka, a bustling heart, a city alive,

Where dreams take flight and passions thrive,

Amidst the rickshaws' bells and markets' beat,

A melting pot of cultures, life's vibrant feat.

In the mangrove forests, the Royal Bengal roars,

Preserving life's balance, protecting its shores,

And where the Sundarbans meet the sea,

Nature and humanity dance in harmony.

The call to prayer echoes through the air,

As mosques and temples stand with care,

Faith intertwines, a shared embrace,

Respecting differences, a harmonious space.

Oh, Bangladesh, your people's souls ignite,

With warmth and kindness, shining bright,

United by history, culture, and song,

A nation resilient, forever strong.

So let us celebrate this land so grand,

With love and admiration, hand in hand,

For in the heart of Bangladesh, we find,

A tapestry of humanity, beautifully entwined.
